Mantra Before I Enter My Trading Room

We all have superhero powers.

I have even blogged about it earlier.

I often felt that I needed to clear my head and psych myself up before I sit on my chair to trade the market ..

When you are seeing the charts, you are technically seeing the same charts the entire world is seeing..the banks, the big brokers, the institutions.. okiee ..a little time lag here and there but you get my point.

It's like going to war every single day and the idea is to use tools, strategies and mind games to WIN IT!

Invictus is one of the poems that inspire me ..

well.. it makes me feel powerful, to say the least...

It is Nelson Mandela's Favorite Poem.

Read by Morgan Freeman (read GOD) is one I hear (on my headphones) if I had a rough trading day.

I put on my headphones, press the play button, close my eyes, take 3 deep breaths and just absorb every single word.

Morgan Freeman's voice helps of course :)

Once the poem is over, slowly open my eyes...start seeing the charts and get on with my trades

Every time I listen to this poem, there's a strange sense of power that engulfs me and I feel I am ready to face the world. BRING IT ON!
